Our Workers

Our Workers have been such an important part of our lives in Sri Lanka. They guide us on the worksite, ensure our safety, and encourage us with their wisdom and laughter. Our “teatimes” together - at exactly 10 in the morning and 2:30 in the afternoon – are wonderful moments of connection and shared purpose.
